I’m William Shan. Shanghai is my home and my subject: I’ve spent years exploring its old-town lanes, Bund landmarks and concession-era streets, and writing about its watch and jewellery culture for a growing audience back home.
That specialist interest shapes the way I host. Alongside the architecture and history, I take guests into the boutiques and quieter corners of Shanghai’s watch and jewellery world — places and details most visitors never find on their own.
I host in fluent English, one booking at a time. No flags, no fixed scripts — just the city, explained properly, at your pace.
